Complete your intake form
Once your quote is accepted and your agreement is signed, complete your intake form. It covers your services, branding, content, and launch preferences - everything we need to build without going back and forth.
We build your site
We design and develop your website using modern React and Tailwind CSS. You will receive a preview link to review before anything goes live.
Review, approve, and launch
Two rounds of revisions are included. Once approved, we connect your domain, deploy your site, and hand over the full source code. You own everything.
Delivery.
Three ways to receive your site. You choose how you want your site delivered. Code Handoff is always free. Domain Attachment and Full-Service carry a one-time setup fee for Tier 1 packages.

You will get a detailed quote outlining the scope and pricing for your project. No hidden fees, no vague estimates.

Sign your contract
A contract link is included directly in your quote email. Click it to open the agreement in your browser, read through the terms, and type your name to sign - no account, no PDF download, no printing required. This locks in the scope and price so both sides are protected.

Pay your deposit
The moment you sign the contract, your invoice is automatically sent to your email with a secure payment link - no waiting, no follow-up needed. Pay the 50% deposit to kick off your project.

Work begins
Development starts as soon as your deposit is confirmed. The remaining 50% balance is due before your site goes live.

The simplest way to pay - no fees for either side. Send directly from your bank app to the Zelle ID provided on your invoice. Funds arrive instantly in most cases.

ACH Bank Transfer
Pay directly from your bank account via secure integration. A small processing fee of 1% + $1.50 applies to cover transfer costs. Funds typically settle within 1-3 business days.

Credit or Debit Card
Pay with any major card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. A processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 is added to cover card network costs. Payment is processed instantly through Square.
After Launch.
Once your site is live, it is yours to keep. Manage it yourself or add support when you need it, with no required contract and no surprise fees.
Support is optional.
Monthly maintenance is available for clients who want help with ongoing updates. It is never required for ownership.
Need a larger change later?
If you ever need a larger change - a new page, a redesign, or an additional feature - that is handled as a separate project with a new fixed quote. Same process, same transparency.
